At heart of a collaboration is often a small group who are steering, making decisions, and generally contributing the most. This can be halthy, as not everyone needs to contribute equally for a collaboration to work. It is important, however, to be aware of who is in the core and who is not, and to accommodate your collaboration design accordingly.
